are both options when you need web content. Each is unique in its
qualities and each has its drawbacks.



So, when you need content, which should you choose? Let’s analyze both options to find out which option is right for you.



Ghostwritten Articles

Ghostwritten articles are written just for your use. You own the article and can do whatever you’d like to with it.



Pros:

1. The article is unique to you and you do not share the content with anyone else.



Cons:

1. Ghostwritten articles are quite a bit more expensive per article than PLR packages.

2. You have the responsibility of finding a good writer.

3. The quality can be questionable.

4. You need to check your articles to make sure your ghostwriter isn’t stealing content. Unfortunately that does happen.



PLR Articles

PLR articles are prewritten articles that are sold in packages, or as part of a monthly membership.



Pros:

1. PLR articles are much more affordable than ghostwritten ones.

Cons:

How can you even the odds between the two? Find a quality PLR

Our Article Directory Is Growing By The Day

The article directory site is now stable and we are so pleased with the way it has taken off.

We are rapidly approaching our 1,000th article submission and even more remarkably we have just had our 500th member sign up!

We had wanted to start an article directory for a long time but finding a suitable script was a nightmare.

We setup a great directory using the ArticleBeach script, this turned out to be one big mistake.

At first we ignored one or two strange things, for instance, our Google adverts on our home page were for things like viagra and sex toys and nothing to do with the content of our website. Eventually we decided to look at our page source in Firefox.

We were horrified....their were about 100 hidden url adverts for sex related objects.

Then one day half the webpage vanished so we really knew that something bad was going on.

To correct the webpage we had to find what was wrong with the script. So we decided to look at our index file......It was full of url connections to sex type sites. Even worse every index file was found to be infected together with dozens of other files

Worse still Google had picked up on these url's and was showing them as a relevant part of our site but we did not have that sort of thing on our pages. Yes we did have information on all sorts of subjects but nothing in the categories being shown.

Yes.........We had been hacked and the nightmare had begun. How had it happened?

Unfortunately ArticleBeach was not a safe script to use, there were weaknesses that hackers could easily penetrate. After a lot of searching we found there was a patch available but it did not seem to stop our hacker.

In the end we got rid of ArticleBeach and then went through every file on our website and made sure they were clean. We also asked our webhost to check the files that we could not access.

Sadly we had to part company with our webhost as we fealt that a bit more help would have been appreciated.

We now have a great host and we have backup 24/7!

Well that's the saga but that is all in the past!

New Free Article Directory

Just a short post to announce that we have opened a new Free Article Directory.

The initial idea was to post some of the thousands of articles that we have on our computers so that our visitors would have lots of information available which of course is the theme of our website.

At first we were only going to restrict it to our own articles but eventually came to the conclusion that it would be more interesting for our readers if we were to include authors that wanted to submit their articles. The benefits would be more variety for our readers and possible recognition for the authors by the search engines and the many publishers looking for good original material.

We also decided to allow affiliate links to be used as long as the facility is not abused.

At the moment I am the top author!! But I will be quite happy to relinquish that title to anybody that has more writing skills than me. That will not be difficult!!

The Two Biggest Reasons Why Most People Will Never Make a Full-Time Income Online...

It all starts when some well-meaning (yet misdirected) person encourages a

budding internet entrepreneur to "start in a niche they know alot about", or

base their business around "something they're passionate about"...

As horrible as it may sound - they've unknowingly sent the hopeful

entrepreneur down a path of false expectations, poor results and eventually

- failure. In fact, the myth of "do what you love and the money will follow"

has been responsible for more failure than likely any other influence -

perhaps even more so than laziness or a lack of perseverance.

Because the simple truth of the matter is that the only way you're going to

make real money on the net is if your business is based around two crucial

things:

1) Large Demand

2) Buyers

In other words - you aren't going to get rich selling a $15 ebook about

growing square watermelons - even though that might be a great passion of

yours.

The demand just isn't there. Maybe there's a few searches a day on Google

for the topic, and perhaps there's some interest in the online "gardening

enthusiast" communities - but you'd be hard-pressed to make even a few

hundred dollars a month from ebook sales.

Similarly, you also aren't going to have a particularly easy time getting rich

by building websites about some seemingly "popular" topics like humor,

jokes, funny pictures and so on. And while there are a few ways to

"monetize" your site (with AdSense, CPA Offers, CPM Banners, etc.), it

takes literally millions of website visitors to make even just a few thousand

dollars in markets like that.

The demand is huge - but the visitor value is extremely low...

Instead, if you want to make it big online - pulling down an impressive

six-figure income - you need to tap into markets with tons of demand,

where the majority of the visitors are valuable.

You need to capture tons of traffic that wants to buy something. If you

take this approach, you'd practically have to hijack your own order links

(or affiliate links) not to make a sizeable income.

In fact - did you know that some affiliates make several thousand dollars

daily just by promoting a single product in hot markets? (Just imagine what

the merchant is making...)

In some markets there's actually so much demand that the vendors are

quite literally selling over a thousand units - or more - per day. Digital

products, with practically zero overhead/delivery cost.

But it all comes back to tapping into valuable demand. In most cases, it

takes no extra effort or "skill" to market to a valuable market than it does to

struggle along with something you're passionate about.

These two factors - demand and buying traffic - are what seperate the

"wannabe" marketers from the millionaires. Because there's no real secret -

you just need to sell what thousands of people are already buying.

The ball is now officially in your court. Are you tapping into markets with

massive, valuable demand?

Or are you struggling to simply make a few dollars occasionally with a

business that's based on your own passionate interests?
