Since writing the article about reciprocal linking I have carried on learning as much about html as possible.
I get interesting e-mails from Techrepublic about all sorts of software and technical reports, some is free and some is paid.
A couple of days ago I received information about a free HTML reference guide. I downloaded it and found it quite useful. There are only 2 PDF pages so you can print it out and just keep it handy.
You will have to register free and if you do not want their e-mails you can opt out whenever you want. You may well find a lot more useful stuff there depending on your activities and interests.
